SHIPPING

COMPLIMENTARY DOMESTIC SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $300 AUD.

  1. Australia Post delivery times are typically 1-3 working days within Australia Metro but are dependant on your location. Please check Australia Post local guidelines for shipping times to your region.
  2. Orders under $300 AUD will incur a $10 AUD standard parcel delivery fee. AUR OCEÀ also offers an express shipping option within Australia, this will incur a $15 AUD fee for orders under $300 AUD.
  3. AUR OCEÀ uses a registered Australia Post service within Australia which allows us to track any purchase. A signature may be required upon receipt of parcel delivery. It is recommended that you provide a safe delivery address where you will be located during office hours. If nobody is available to sign for your delivery, an attempted delivery notification will be issued and the parcel will be taken to a local post office.
  4. Delivery times given are guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays due to peak delivery periods, weather events, payment authorisation or factors beyond the control of AUR OCEÀ. AUR OCEÀ cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery as the above times are estimates provided to us by our delivery partner, Australia Post.
  5. For locations outside of metropolitan areas please allow an additional 2-3 days.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

  1. Once your order has been packed and prepared for shipping, you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information.
  2. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped within 24 hours of the following business day. During collection launches or promotional periods, order processing may be subject to delay.

Returns by Post – DOMESTIC - AUSTRALIA

Simply follow the below steps to lodge your return:

  • Returns will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase date.
  • We offer Complimentary Shipping on orders over $300 AUD, but we unfortunately do not cover the cost of return postage. If you decide to return your order, you will be required to pay a return fee: Domestic Returns: $10.50 AUD* (or as priced on Australia Post Returns Portal).
  • For ease of identifying your return by our Packing Team, please advise of your return wishes (Refund, Exchange or Store Credit) by completing a note on your original Order Invoice / Packing Slip and ensure your name and order number is clearly identifiable. For exchanges please ensure you note the style / size you wish to exchange for. Please place your return neatly in your return satchel.
  • Complete the AUR OCEÀ Online Return Form (see Lodge an Online Return), available via our Online Return Portal
  • Please refer to Sale and Discounted Items to understand T&Cs for returning an item purchased under sales or promotional circumstances.

Lodge an Online Return
  1. Enter your details including Order Number (with hashtag e.g. #12345), Reason for Return, Return Preference (see T&CS) and your personal contact details.
  2. Review and confirm your details, including agreeing to the Australia Post Returns Terms and Conditions, to create your free return shipping label.
  3. Process payment for delivery of return.
  4. Print your return shipping label. If you do not have a printer available to you, you may print your label at your local Post Office.
  5. Using the original compostable mailer you received your order in, please remove any earlier address stickers and securely attach your return label to the front of the parcel mailer, ensuring tape does not cover the bar code. We wish to limit our impact on the environment by providing you with these easily reusable and returnable compostable mailers, please consider reusing these mailers when possible.
  6. Neatly pack your item and post your return parcel at any Post Office including an identifiable packing slip outlining return preference (see T&Cs for Sale + Discounted Items). A lodgement receipt with tracking will be issued to you. Alternatively, post your parcel at any red street post box or in-store drop box.
  7. Returns may take up to 10 business days to be processed (upon receipt and review). A member of our customer care team will be in contact with you via email to advise of action taken. Slight delays to return processing may be experienced during busy sale and promotional periods, due to higher volumes.

Exchanges

At AUR OCEÀ we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. So if you change your mind or need to swap a size or colour we will offer you a refund (full priced garments only) or an exchange on products purchased from our website provided that:

  • the garment is of the same style and value as the original order;
  • the garment is returned to us in its original condition including packaging;
  • it has not been worn;
  • it has not been washed; and
  • all of the labelling is in tact.

Exchanges are complimentary shipped to your preferred delivery address free of charge, on your first exchange per order.

Refunds

Refunds are offered on full price items only.

  1. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of us receiving your product.
  2. You will be notified via email when this has been processed and an autogenerated email notification will be issued to you upon successful completion of your refund. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they receive it from AUR OCEÀ.
  3. We will process the full refund (excluding shipping) and you will need to place a new order for a replacement item if the item is of a different value to the original order.

Store Credit Gift Cards
  1. Store credits are issued as an online gift card and are valid for a period of 12 months (from date of issue). An autogenerated email notification will be sent to your ordering email address to confirm details.
  2. Store credit gift cards can be added to your Apple Wallet for safekeeping and can be used over multiple transactions.
  3. Additionally, your store credit gift card can be used in conjunction with other sale offers.

Sale and Discounted Items
  1. Online sale item purchases (i.e. an item that has been purchased at a discount under sale conditions) – we accept exchanges for an item based on like or similar style, if stock allows.
  2. We do not offer refunds on sale items.
  3. We will offer a store credit gift card on sale item returns, valid for a period of 12 months from date of receipt, if an exchange option has not been selected as the return preference.
  4. We will offer a full refund should an item be deemed faulty.
  5. Final Clearance items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange (refer to Final Clearance Sale Items).
Promotional Sales

As per Sale and Discounted Items, items that have been purchased during a sales promotion (e.g BOXING DAY, BLACK FRIDAY, FLASH SALE, SPEND + SAVE, GIFT WITH PURCHASE etc) are subject to promotional specific return conditions. Accepted exchanges are based on like or similar style, if stock allows. Please refer to the promotion for specific terms and conditions. 

Please note only one (1) promotional code may be used per transaction. If a discount code states it has expired and is invalid, AUR OCEÀ reserves the right to deny honouring this discount if the code is no longer valid.   Welcome Codes can not be used in conjunction with a flash sale.

Please note: gift cards and store credits can be used with promotional codes at checkout.

Additionally, please anticipate slightly longer processing times during peak sale periods.

Final Clearance Sale

Item/s marked as “CLEARANCE – FINAL SALE” cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, unless in the event of them being faulty. Items are eligible for direct size exchange, pending size availability. Please note, if your desired exchange size is not available, you cannot return the item for store credit or refund. If final sale items are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

Terms and Conditions to Online Returns
  1. The offer is available for all AUR OCEÀ online orders delivered to an Australian address and excludes international returns.
  2. The customer is responsible for the cost of return and additionally any subsequent returns/exchanges.
  3. The offer is only available to online AUR OCEÀ orders and not items purchased from retail partners stocking AUR OCEÀ garments.
  4. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase date.
  5. The offer is subject to conditions of sale (e.g. sales / discounted items, promotional sales).
  6. Condition of the returned item must returned in original state.
  7. Store credits do not cover the cost of postage. Store credits gift cards can only be used towards an item for purchase on AUR OCEÀ's online store.


Condition of Returned Garment
  1. All items must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners, belts / straps and swing tags in place.
  2. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered (or returned with an odour) will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the address supplied at time of purchase.

International Shipping

COMPLIMENTARY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $300 AUD.

$20 AUD FLAT RATE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE FOR ORDERS UNDER $300 AUD.

  1. Orders will typically take 7 – 10 working days for delivery.  This is dependent on your location.  Please note purchases made on a weekend will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.  
  2. All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt.
  3. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international shipping.  Any taxes, fees or levies applied by the recipients local authorities remain the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia so they are fully aware of any additional fees they may incur.

Returns by Post – INTERNATIONAL

International orders cannot be exchanged, and will be refunded in full (full price items) or issued into a store credit (sale items) upon return to our warehouse in Australia.

If you require an exchange, please place a new order.

AUR OCEÀ swimsuits fall a little on the generous side, so if you find you are between sizes we recommend sizing down.  For example, if you are between an AU size 12 and 14, we recommend sizing own to an AU size 12. For best fit, we recommend a firm/snug fit to the body.

AUR OCEÀ zip up one piece swimsuits are suitable for A-G cup sizes.
